Local-First Data Isolation Principle

AiB2BPlanner is designed from the ground up as a local-first application. Your proprietary seeds, B2B ideas, competitive matrices, buyer personas, regulatory audits, financial plans, and generated codebase templates stay entirely on your workstation. No prompt inputs or generation results are ever uploaded to our servers or processed by third-party cloud LLM APIs under our control.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies solely to your interaction with the AiB2BPlanner website storefront (the "Storefront"), the customer portal, and the licensing verification server (the "Licenser") operated by the developers of AiB2BPlanner ("we", "us", or "our"). It describes how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information when you purchase a license key, use our storefront, or request key activation. It does *not* apply to the offline processing, local data analysis, or code generation performed locally by the AiB2BPlanner software application on your hardware.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum required information to process license purchases, verify payment authenticity, and enforce licensing limits:

  • Billing Information: When you purchase a commercial license, payment details (such as your full name, email address, billing country, zip code, and payment card details) are collected directly by our secure third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store or transmit raw payment card numbers on our servers.
  • License Metadata: We store your email address alongside your generated cryptographic license key, transaction ID, and activation status to maintain a registry of active licenses.
  • Server Communication & Security Logs: When you activate or verify a license key offline, our server logs the incoming verification requests (which include the license key token, checkout session ID, and standard connection metadata such as IP address and timestamp) to prevent unauthorized commercial usage and combat fraud.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your storefront and licensing data is processed for the following purposes:

  • To generate, register, and transmit your unique cryptographic license activation key.
  • To deliver transactional updates and license key notifications via our third-party email provider.
  • To verify checkout session validity, track active license counts, and prevent fraudulent transactions or license key sharing.
  • To comply with regulatory tax reporting, accounting, and legal compliance requirements for software sales.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share the minimum necessary transactional data with reputable, secure processors to handle operations:

  • Payment Processor (Stripe): Stripe handles billing and checkout transactions under their industry-standard PCI-DSS compliant policies to verify payments and prevent fraud.
  • Transactional Email Providers: Transactional messaging partners distribute purchase receipts and cryptographic activation keys safely to your email.

5. Offline Telemetry and Input Isolation

The local AiB2BPlanner application runs 100% locally. By default, third-party database tracking (specifically database telemetry subsystems) is disabled in the codebase via global system flags (ANONYMIZED_TELEMETRY=False). The software does not report telemetry, research metrics, search histories, B2B seed phrases, target market selections, or generated code layouts back to us.

6. Data Security

We employ industry-standard secure socket layers (HTTPS) and asymmetric cryptographic signing algorithms (PyNaCl/Ed25519) to verify transactions and issue activation keys. However, no transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is entirely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We do not run tracking cookies, behavioral ad-targeting pixels, or web analytics scripts on the Storefront. Our payment processor (Stripe) may utilize necessary cookies on checkout pages to combat payment fraud, secure checkout sessions, and manage payment states.

8. Data Retention, Deletion, and Privacy Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

We retain license registry records and billing metadata for as long as your license remains active, and as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

  • Your Rights: Depending on your location (such as the European Economic Area or California), you may have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing of, or request the deletion of the personal data we store on our servers (such as your license email record).
  • Exercising Rights: To request data access or deletion, please contact us by opening a GitHub issue or contacting the developer directly. Note that deleting your license registry email will render our licensing server unable to verify your active key, which will invalidate your offline software commercial license.

9. Children's Privacy

AiB2BPlanner is intended for business operators, entrepreneurs, and professional developers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

10. Contact Information

For questions or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your data, please open an issue on the official AiB2BPlanner GitHub repository or contact us via our official support channels.
